Shared canvas

The loader reads every stroke on the board and the server draws them as SVG, so the board above was in the page before its script loaded.

One room keeps the strokes in order, passes each piece to everyone but its artist and sends the cursors that moved once per tick.

A stroke is encoded once and the same buffer goes into every other artist's Fibre queue.
